Risk Assessment History Log Release
In a rapidly evolving security landscape, enabling teams to quickly adapt and respond to emerging threats with the right tools and processes is crucial.
Static, deep dive risk assessments on critical assets and projects play an important role for many organisations. But to stay ahead of evolving risks, capturing changes in the operational landscape over time is crucial. It’s why the team here at Human Risks champions the living risk assessment approach – to enable best-practice dynamic risk profiling with standardised processes, and support more effective decision making around key security issues.
In line with this approach, today we’re announcing the launch of a new feature within the Risk Assessments Module of Human Risks – our new Risk Assessment History Log.
The new tool automates capturing and tracking key changes to risk assessments over time, providing a robust historical record of shifts in an asset’s threat profile in context alongside key events such as incident reports, task closure and review status. In short, it has been designed as a practical assurance tool embedded within the risk assessment process – allowing assessors, managers and auditors to view and filter the history of changes in a single timeline.
We’re always striving to make security risk management smarter – and we look forward to hearing your feedback as we support giving teams the right tools to improve their threat posture throughout 2025. The Risk Assessment History Log has been released in beta for all customers from today. If you would like a demo of the new functionality, or connect with the team, please feel free to reach out below.
